I just cannot agree with Ravi’s article. I believe its quite easy to rip almost any marketing document. The purpose of the document is not to answer ALL your questions. That would make the document useless for non-technical people.
The entire conversation is one sided. He is asking valid questions, but he may not be looking at the right place for answers.
This would be valid if someone at salesforce had a chance to answer his questions.
