		<description>Anonymous,
We are not trying to block Linux users. We have not developed an offline solution for Linux visitors yet as the number of Windows and Mac visitors far outweighs the number of Linux users. We will get an offline solution developed for Linux as soon as we can. I apologize for the terrible error message that Linux users are seeing. We will get that fixed asap. Thanks for commenting about the error message, Wren Hunt.

<description>If you&#039;re going to block users, you could at least give them an honest error message...

		<description>Wren -
Thanks for your comment. You&#039;re correct that Linux users can&#039;t download the offline version of the NXTbook.
We monitor usage very closely. Worldwide, the percentage of people trying to read NXTbooks on Linux are well under 1%. When you couple this with the fact that the worldwide percentage of users who wish to download the offline version of all NXTbooks is 6%, you can kind of understand why we haven&#039;t built in this type of functionality.
That being said, a lot of OUR systems use Linux, and our developers have pointed out this same fact to us. :)

<description>There is a problem downloading the offline version of the book if you&#039;re not running Windows or OS/X (I.e., on Linux). The error message I get is:
Notice: Undefined variable: url in /mnt/data/www.nxtbook.com/fx/save/dbindex.php on line 55
Thanks!

<description>That&#039;s a really interesting presentation engine, Rajesh. It gives a nice fluid feel.
I also like that it naturally presents as a two-page layout, just like you&#039;d experience a book.
You have a natural gift for locating and sharing cool applications.
