		<description>Great series, Raj!
Liz is an amazing writer and has helped connect more bloggers than you can list. Her SOB lists and open mic nights are just a few of the ways she connects her blog with the world.
Bottom Line: Liz listens to her readers!
One of my goals for 2007 is to become a better listener!
I want to know what people are thinking, feeling, and what their true needs are. The challenge is to be a good enough listener to get past the pleasantries.
Thanks Liz, for the inspiration!

<description>You are welcome Liz and thank you for the wonderful question. You know Liz, it is not limited to one question per person. You are welcome to send more. From the response I have received so far for this series, I will be running this series throughout Jan.
Best,
Raj

		<description>Wow, Raj,
Thank you. I had no idea when you ask for a question that you bestow so much honor and thought. . . . Know that when you speak I do listen. I value what you bring and I&#039;m amazed at how much more you have done every time I return.
