		<description>I too have been affected by the dishonest globat practices.  Is there anything we can do?
I&#039;ve tried to cancel my account with them repeatedly, and I continue to get emails from them telling me that they&#039;re continuing to charge me for services that I previously said that I didn&#039;t want.
How clear do I need to be?  No more bills, no more emails, no more charges, ever.  I am done.  I don&#039;t want anything to do with them again.</description>

There is no way to cancel the credit card number on the control panel...

		<description>I tried Globat over two years half ago, and Globat keeps trying to charge my credit card (every couple of months it&#039;ll send an email saying they have automatically signed me back up, and if i dont opt out within 10 or so days, they automatically bill my credit card on file).

How can we stop this?</description>

They make over a hundred million a year and im surprised how, it seems that they have so many upset customers. I&#039;m wondering if what they&#039;re doing is eligible for a class action suit.

I purchased a domain from them last year and it expired on april 24th. You have 30 days to pay for a domain after it expires and I paid for it on may 5th (10 days after the expiration date) and they got my site back online. But a few weeks later my domain was sent into redemption and they are requiring me to pay them $80 to get it out of redemption, even when they accepted it was paid before the grace period ended!</description>
