		<description>Could not agree more. As obvious as it sounds, Reasons for not getting the job done is not the same as getting the job done. Reasons for not having a BMW is not the same as having a BMW. It definitely does not matter how valid the reasons are. We&#039;re smart. Our reaons &#039;make sense&#039;. I think what matters isn&#039;t perfection ; Excuses and reasons are devoid of ownership and responsibility. If the job isn&#039;t done, own it. Reasons throw it away from you.</description>
