Got goals?

By Rajesh Setty on Tue 15 Apr 2008, 7:31 PM - 4 Comments

Then why are you not getting them?

One simple reason may be that there is a delta between

your commitment to the goals

AND

your commitment to pay the price that is required to get to those goals

Rajesh,
The thoughts themselves provide clarity to several events that we go through in a mundane fashion. But the drawings change the gestalt of the whole situation. Whoever inspired you to draw deserves a big kudos!

Guilty!

Well, I have been guilty of this. What I found helpful for myself is setting goals and then mini-goals. I find that if a perceived goal is just out of my reach, apposed to being miles over my head, I am much more likely to do everything in my power to achieve it.

Deepak, Raffy:

Thank you for your comments.

Deepak,

The person who sparked an interest in drawing is my friend Dan Roam. You can read more about him at http://digitalroam.typepad.com/

Best,
Raj
