This happens for would-be entrepreneurs and major corporations. One CEO we worked with explained that they don’t share the stategy with all employees because it might get leaked out to competitors. However, if the employees don’t know the strategy how can they execute on it?

If ideas don’t get translated into execution and results, they have little value…so why hoard them as if they do?
