		<description>I first heard Mike in fireside chat with Lisa - and absolutely agree with his thoughts on doing &quot;more on less&quot; rather than &quot;more with less&quot; - which is a common tactic organisations adopt in troubled times. 

What this means is that in tough times, focus has to be on qualitative aspects of initiatives rather than quantitative aspect.</description>
